Who is responsible for your data

SounDeen, a sole trader registered in France under SIREN 984 744 458, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at soundeen@gmail.com for anything on this page.

What we collect

Order data — name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, order contents and history. Card details are handled by our payment providers; we never receive them in full.
Content you upload — audio files or artwork you supply for a personalised player.
Account data — email and password, if you create an account.
Messages — what you write to us by email or through the contact form.
Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser, pages viewed, and the country used to show you the right prices and delivery options.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To take, prepare, ship and support your order, and to handle returns and guarantees — performance of our contract with you.
To meet accounting, tax and consumer-law obligations — legal obligation.
To prevent fraud, secure the site and defend our rights — legitimate interest.
To measure how the site is used and improve it — consent, where the law requires it, otherwise legitimate interest.
To send marketing emails — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message.

Who else sees it

We share data only with the providers we need to run the store, and only for that purpose: Shopify (hosting and store platform), our payment providers, our carriers and their tracking services, and our email provider. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoicing records — ten years, as required by French commercial law.
Files you upload for a personalised order — deleted within ninety days of delivery, once the return period has passed.
Account data — until you delete your account, then removed within thirty days except where we must keep records.
Marketing consent — three years from your last interaction with us.
Site measurement data — thirteen months at most.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to soundeen@gmail.com and we answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to make the site work — your cart, your session, your chosen country and security. These do not require consent. Any measurement or advertising cookie is set only if you accept it, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings on this site.

Children

This store is not intended for children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change. The date below tells you when it was last revised.
