Shipping & returns
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave within one to two business days, or two to three if you personalise the player with your own files. From there: 2–3 days in France, 3–6 across the EU, 5–15 for the rest of the world. Every order is tracked.
What is your return policy?
Fourteen days from delivery to change your mind, the return arranged and paid for by you. Players personalised with your own files or artwork are made to order and cannot be returned. Anything faulty is covered for two years, and there we pay the postage.
